Terms and Conditions for "Swiftie Selfie" Competition

Welcome to the "Swiftie Selfie" Competition! By participating in this competition, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

How to Enter

To enter, you must:

 A) Take a selfie with the Taylor Swift cutout located at Marina Market.

 B) Follow @Marinamarketcork

C) Post the selfie to your Instagram story, tagging @Marinamarketcork. Entries must be submitted between Monday 13th May and Thursday 30th May.

Entries received after the end date will not be considered.

Selection of Winners

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the 30th May. A total of 60 winners will be chosen. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and invited to our ‘Swiftie Soiree’ with a plus one. This will take place between the dates of the 6th and 8th of June. The date and time will be sent to the winners directly on the 30th May. If a winner does not respond within 12 hours of being contacted, a new winner may be selected. Entrants must be present on the day to win the tickets. Entrants may submit a name to take their place on the day. Entrants must be available to attend the concert on June 30th. Entrants may not sell their ticket or monetize the competition in anyway.

Prizes

Each Swiftie Soiree attendee will receive a raffle ticket on entry and a winner will be chosen by a draw at the event.  There will also be spot prizes on the day.

Rights and Permissions

By entering this competition, you grant [Centre] the right to use your submitted photo and your name for promotional purposes, including on social media and other marketing materials.

Privacy

Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as required to deliver a message if chosen to attend the Swiftie Soiree.

General Conditions

Marina Market reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time without notice. By entering the competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
